Privacy

The short version

The Stanzera marketing site uses cookieless, first-party analytics from our hosting provider (Vercel) to count page views and measure performance. We don't set analytics cookies, we don't embed third-party trackers, and we don't fingerprint your browser. The contact form at /get-in-touch sends your message to us via Resend, and we reply by email. An optional AI assistant (powered by Mistral, EU inference) is available — used only when you open it. A WhatsApp button opens a separate chat with our WhatsApp Business number.

What this site does collect

When you visit a page, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes the request and writes a server log entry containing your IP address, the page requested, the referring URL, and the time of the request. These logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in serving the site securely (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and are retained by the hosting provider in line with their standard retention policy.

We also collect anonymous page-view events and Core Web Vitals performance metrics via Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights — both first-party (the data stays in our Vercel project and is not shared with advertisers or other third parties), both cookieless, and neither records persistent identifiers. What we record: the URL path you visited, an approximate country derived from your IP, your device type, and your browser type — nothing that identifies you personally. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used to size and improve it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). There are no advertising pixels and no other third-party JavaScript.

Cookies

None. The Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights tooling we use is cookieless by design. We set no first-party cookies and we embed nothing that sets cookies on your behalf.

If you email us or submit the contact form

When you email us or submit the contact form at /get-in-touch, we receive what you send — the form transmits to info@stanzera.com via Resend (a transactional email provider in Ireland). We use that information to follow up with you about Stanzera (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — pre-contractual measures at your request, and Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in supporting prospective customers) and we keep correspondence for as long as it remains relevant. We don't add you to a mailing list.

If you use the AI assistant or WhatsApp

When you send a message to the in-site AI assistant, the text of your message and the running conversation are forwarded to Mistral AI (a French company; inference in the EU) to generate a reply. The conversation is not saved on our servers — close the widget and it's gone. Mistral acts as a processor and does not use the content to train models for other customers. If you click 'Chat on WhatsApp', you leave stanzera.com and start a conversation with our WhatsApp Business number (+40 729 157 844). That conversation happens inside WhatsApp, governed by Meta's privacy policy. We see the message you send and reply from the same number.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights — or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — email us at info@stanzera.com.

Changes

We'll update this notice when what we collect changes. Material changes get a date bump at the bottom of this page.
